Returns & Exchanges

Jockey India offers a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy for most products, provided they are in their original condition with tags intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear including briefs, trunks, and panties cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your Jockey India account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Pack the Items

  Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and placed in its original packaging with all brand tags and the invoice included.

• 3.
  Pickup Arrangement

  Once the request is placed, our courier partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 2-3 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days.
